Design Human Engineering™ (DHE™)

Design Human Engineering™ (DHE™) is based on the foundation that the potential individuals presently have available to them is nowhere near what they are capable of.

Designed by NLP co-creator, Richard Bandler in the early 1990's, DHE™ provides an avenue for individuals to double their successes many times over. Bandler explains DHE by posing the following question: Suppose individuals could design and put into their heads any preferred program imaginable. What are the possibilities? This metaphor has become the driving force behind DHE.

While NLP is based on replication, or modeling existing cognitive processes, DHE focuses on creation. DHE™ concentrates on generating powerful mental tools and internal strategies that compel individuals to naturally move in the direction they want to go; to achieve their goals. For instance, a certified DHE trainer would ask the following question: What internal experience would allow an individual to enjoy the experience of speaking in front of a large group of people? DHE would then work to re-create the sounds, sights, and feelings directly so that this individual would be able perform with confidence.

An important part of this process is to understand the difference between what an individual wants, and what they do not want. These distinctions must be clearly defined as they act as internal processing functions - to make the distinctions in perception that allow the differences to be made in action. If an obvious distinction does not exist, DHE teaches how to use our senses to bring the distinction to light.

The strength of DHE lies in the idea that individuals can program their brains, to reinforce the notion that ingenuity and innovation begins when we give our creative fantasies and passions a place to grow.
