NLP Possibilities™ With DHE™

NLP Possibilities™ With DHE™, a Training and Fulfillment Centre based in Toronto, Ontario, was born of a dream - to create global understanding and connectedness through effective communication.

The dream began in 1993, when Elizabeth Payea-Butler attended a sixteen-day seminar on Neuro Linguistic Programming™ (NLP™) taught by Richard Bandler, co-founder of NLP™, and John LaValle, an NLP™ Master Trainer. Elizabeth graduated from the seminar as a Master Practitioner of NLP™, but also with a very clear goal in mind. Inspired by family anecdotes shared by John LaValle, and her passion for working with children, Elizabeth envisioned an international forum of children learning through NLP™. She believed that if children could learn to communicate effectively with one another in spite of the barriers that sometimes divide them (language, culture, and beliefs), greater global understanding could be achieved for future generations to effect positive change.

To effect a change of her own, Elizabeth established NLP™ Possibilities With DHE™ in 1998. Developed as a Training and Fulfillment Centre, Elizabeth facilitates learning through NLP™ seminars and workshops to help individuals and companies realize their personal and professional goals. NLP Possibilities™ With DHE™ has since graduated NLP™ Practitioners and Master Practitioners from around the world, including Japan, Syria, and Great Britain - all with the finest and most effective skill set and balance.

In August of 1999, NLP Possibilities™ With DHE™ reached the first of many milestones when Elizabeth was invited to present an introduction of NLP™ to a group of entrepreneurs in Bahrain, an archipelago in the Persian Gulf off the coast of Saudi Arabia. The workshop was such a resounding success that she was invited back the following year to teach an NLP™ Practitioner Training Course.

The Training Certification in Bahrain ended with such positive results that Elizabeth was approached to discuss the possibility of opening a branch of NLP Possibilities™ With DHE™ in Bahrain. However, at the time Elizabeth felt that NLP Possibilities™ With DHE™ needed to build a stronger foundation in Canada before she would consider such a large international expansion.

Upon returning home from Bahrain, Elizabeth she felt increasingly confident and clear about her destiny and her goals for the future. Although she continued to book international engagements in Germany, Las Vegas, and Mexico, Elizabeth began to re-focus her efforts to developing a fun and dynamic program for children utilizing the principles and techniques of NLP™.

Elizabeth believes that the resources children need to effect a change are already within them. The key for Elizabeth was to teach children how to access these resources quickly and easily. In August of 2002, it was with great anticipation that Elizabeth launched her first NLP Possibilities™ With DHE™ Kids Camp, a four-day learning adventure for children and parents alike. The camp, the first and only one of its kind in the world, was a resounding success, and Elizabeth's personal pride and joy.

Since the induction of the Kids Camp, now a successful annual event, NLP Possibilities™ With DHE™ has continued to thrive. With a newly renovated Training and Fulfillment Centre in the heart of downtown Toronto, Elizabeth continues to innovate and educate using NLP™ basics. Elizabeth's success has garnered her invitations worldwide to present, speak, and teach NLP™. In September, 2005 Elizabeth traveled to Tokyo, Japan to introduce a new workshop on effectively using NLP™ with children. Elizabeth began working with Dean Charles, an NLP™ Trainer, to create a new NLP™ Institute in Japan, which will focus specifically on the expatriate market.

This coming spring, Elizabeth will have the honour of speaking at the 5th Annual NLP Conference. This year's conference, being held in Milan, Italy will highlight a topic very close to Elizabeth's heart - NLP™ and children. Elizabeth will take this Golden Opportunity to promote her two-day workshop "Effectively Using NLP™ With Children" which debuts in Italy in April, 2006.

Elizabeth's passion for working with people and her unique training style are making NLP Possibilities™ With DHE™ one of the best known Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certification Centres in the world. By combining NLP™ with DHE™ (Design Human Engineering™), results double in all areas, allowing individuals and companies reach their ultimate potential.
